Legal information

Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

ViaVisiva Studio is the trading name of the project managed directly by Giona. Full legal and tax information will be published after registration. Questions about personal data can already be sent to viavisiva.contact@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

The form collects information provided voluntarily: name, business or company, email, optional phone number, requested service, project description, and preferred day and time. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security information such as IP address, device information, date and requests made to the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Form data is used to reply, prepare an initial assessment and arrange a possible conversation. Processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual. Technical data may be processed for the legitimate interest of security, availability and abuse prevention. Data is not used for newsletters or marketing without separate consent.

4. Providers and recipients

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. The form uses FormSubmit to forward information to ViaVisiva’s Gmail address. These providers may process information under their respective terms. FormSubmit operates outside the European Economic Area, so submitting the form may involve an international transfer under the safeguards stated by the provider. Personal data is not sold.

5. Retention

Requests that do not become a professional relationship are kept in the email account for no longer than 12 months, unless needed to address abuse or a dispute. When a contract is formed, documents and communications may be retained longer to meet administrative, tax and legal-defence obligations. FormSubmit applies the periods stated in its current policy.

6. Required information

Name, business, email, service, message and acknowledgement of this policy are required to submit a request. The phone number is optional. Without the required details, ViaVisiva cannot assess or answer the request.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to viavisiva.contact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

8. Security and updates

Reasonable measures are used to protect the site and limit collection to necessary information. This policy will be updated when the legal identity, providers or purposes change, and the latest date will remain visible on this page.
