1. Technologies used
The website does not set advertising cookies or embed behavioural profiling or third-party analytics. The selected language is stored in the browser’s local storage under the key “viavisiva-language”. This local technical preference is not sent to ViaVisiva for advertising purposes.
2. Strictly necessary services
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may use technical data or identifiers needed for security, traffic balancing and abuse prevention. ViaVisiva does not use this information to build commercial profiles.
3. Form submission
When the user voluntarily submits the form, the information is sent to FormSubmit. The provider may apply anti-spam controls and display its own pages; any cookies used on those pages are governed by FormSubmit’s policy.
4. Why there is no banner
No non-essential tracker requiring prior consent has been identified in the current configuration. The website therefore does not show a consent banner. An unnecessary banner would reduce clarity without adding protection.
5. Future changes
Before adding analytics, maps, embedded videos, advertising pixels or tracking social buttons, ViaVisiva must assess whether consent is needed, prevent trackers from loading early and update this page. Questions can be sent to viavisiva.contact@gmail.com.
